What is a CotY Award?

Contractor of the Year (CotY) is an impartial panel of judges who are experts within the industry and associated fields, select winners based on each entrant’s binders, which include “before and after” photography and project descriptions.  Judging focused on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovations, degree of difficulty, and entry presentation.

What is NARI?

The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) is the only independent national association dedicated solely to the remodeling industry.  NARI’s goal is to help homeowners find the right professional partner to do their remodeling.  NARI wants every homeowner to get the maximum value and enjoyment for the investment they make in their remodeling project.

Ask your remodeling contractor if their company is a member of NARI.
